As a chef, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the industry's most talented masters, including Chef Tim Bucci CMC and Pastry Chef Andy Chlebana CMPC. Thanks to this experience, I have won several prestigious cooking competitions and developed an extensive knowledge of recipe development and food innovation. In addition to my consulting work, I am also a budding food writer and enjoy sharing my passion for cooking with others. I am proud to have won four gold medals, one silver medal, one bronze medal, and one best in show in ACF cooking competitions, and I am honored to have served as the personal chef of Pastry Team USA 2023.
